Our courses strengthen the deep core muscles of your body, whilst isolating muscles of the arms, shoulders, hips and legs. This can make you look/feel taller and leaner.
Flexibility
Our courses
incorporate mobility in nearly every exercise, and our breath work
provides an internal release which can help prevent us holding tension
in other places. A strong/dynamic core also allows for more mobility in
the hips and shoulders.
