Alignment

Our courses can benefit your posture and alignment, helping to prevent body aches and pains and promoting healthy aging.  The goal is to bring your body back into perfect alignment which means perfect posture by lengthening your tight muscles and strengthening your weak muscles.

Strength

Our courses strengthen the deep core muscles of your body, whilst isolating muscles of the arms, shoulders, hips and legs. This can make you look/feel taller and leaner.

Flexibility

Our courses incorporate mobility in nearly every exercise, and our breath work provides an internal release which can help prevent us holding tension in other places. A strong/dynamic core also allows for more mobility in the hips and shoulders.
