Lauren Harper
After working in the IT industry for 16 years, I decided
to leave and follow my passion for health and fitness. So, in 2003 I
became a qualified personal trainer and I have never looked back. Soon
after getting my qualification, I was fortunate enough to be introduced
to Pilates and to date I know my Pilates training have given me a
competitive edge over other personal trainers by having the skills to
work with people who are in pain, injured and have special conditions.
It has been my mission ever since to help change people’s lives by helping them overcome pain, get fitter and stronger and build self-esteem. I love my work, especially when a client puts their complete trust in my training and experience. I only ask that once you get started you never look back.
You need to look at your health and fitness as an investment and a journey. What you put into it you WILL get out of it more than you can ever imagine. Unfortunately, I’m a work-a-holic. I think that comes from my Italian parents, so in the little spare time I have, I love to exercise and de-stress down on Boambee Beach with my two border collies – Charlie and Loui and relaxing in front of the television watching movies!

Elizabeth Moye (Liz)
Pilates has become a huge passion in my life. For 20
years I was in the hairdressing industry and enjoyed it, but was seeking
to make more impact in peoples lives. This is when I decided to follow
my passion for Pilates as I loved the whole mind body connection and the
way it made me feel.
To be able share this gift with others now brings me such joy and fulfillment.
My goal for my clients is for them to achieve freedom from pain and attain their best posture so they can move with greater ease; in order to keep doing what they love most whether playing golf, or getting down on the floor to play with their grandchildren.
I believe Pilates should be fun and functional. Once a client starts to incorporate Pilates principles of proper bio-mechanics and functional alignment, this translates into more energy, less pain, improved endurance and strength.
After teaching Pilates for 10 years I have discovered I have special passion for helping people with Neurological conditions, firstly Parkinson’s. My aim is not to treat the client as a “Parkinson’s client” but as a client with specific symptoms and goals... who also happens to have Parkinson’s. I'll hope to show you a better way to make meaningful advancements through a caring and customized approach which is also fun.

Kirsty-Lee Mears
I am a dance teacher and found my love of Pilates through my dance pursuits in Australia. Pilates progressed my skills as a dancer and helped me to prevent unwanted injuries despite an active schedule.
Pilates challenges me to think deeper about how our bodies operate, and I’m always amazed at how quickly people can progress their personal journeys once they start to apply the principles of Pilates to their lives. I’m fascinated by the inextricable connection between our mind and body, and strongly believe functional movement to be a necessity for life.
True to those values, I’m always moving, dancing and creating, and like to spend my free time reading, chasing after my two naughty ferrets, or creating in the dance studio to all kinds of music. I want to use Pilates and functional movement to empower my clients to be in control of their body, so they can enjoy their life and reach their full potential.
